Carlow can boast of being home to the top garden centre yet again. The Arboretum Lifestyle and Garden Centre was crowned Garden Centre of the year at the Bord Bia Quality Awards 2009 for the seventh year running on Friday night. It also retained its five star garden-centre rating and picked up the accolade for Best Customer Service. The unprecedented achievement goes down in history for owners Rachel and Frank Doyle who established the business in Carlow town more than 30 years ago.
